Overview
Wednesday 26 March 2025, 10:00-11:30am
Around 70% of complaints received by the ASA each year are considered under rules about misleading advertising. It’s vital to understand how to create campaigns that are clear, accurate, and responsible. Misleading ads can occur for several reasons, for example, exaggeration, omission, or presenting information ambiguously or untimely. This course will equip you with the essential knowledge and tools to avoid misleading your audience and ensure your ads comply with UK Advertising Rules.
The price of the training also includes access to our eLearning module, An Insiders' Guide to the ASA and CAP. Delegates will be sent information on how to access this prior to the session so that they can get an understanding of the ASA and CAP system before attending.
This training will be held on Zoom and you’ll receive 2 CPD hours.
