On Thursday the 14th of November, we hosted Future-proof Advertising: How will AI change advertising and regulation?
This event focused on how the ASA is harnessing AI in its work of ad regulation.
ASA experts spoke on issues of guidance, data science, regulation and what the rules are when it comes to AI and advertising.
Moderated by ASA Chair Nicky Morgan a panel of guest speakers from companies including WPP, VCCP and Microsoft shared a variety of insights into their own view of the challenges and opportunities that AI presents, before taking questions from the remote and in-house audience.
As part of that event, we released findings from our report into how ads are using ‘AI’ as a marketing term.
