CAP and BCAP have published a Help Note on energy labelling rules that will come into effect in the Advertising Codes in March 2012. The new rules mean all advertisements for specific energy-related products, as delegated in Directive (EC) No 2010/30/EU, that include energy-related information or price information must indicate the product’s energy efficiency class.
