After reviewing the website, www.angeliccrystalsleeds.co.uk, this entry has been reissued on 3 December 2024 as Angelic Crystals Ltd continue to make claims that break the rules.
To date neither CAP nor the ASA have seen any evidence that crystals or crystal therapy can be used to treat medical conditions.
The ASA has previously investigated ads with similar claims, and in the absence of evidence to support the claims, has ruled that such claims are misleading.
Due to Angelic Crystal Ltd’s non-compliance and disregard for the CAP Code, the CAP Compliance team took the decision to reissue its company details on this section of the ASA website on 3 December 2024. These details shall remain in place until such time as Angelic Crystals Ltd removes or appropriately amends the claims on the, www.angeliccrystalsleeds.co.uk website to comply with the CAP Code.
