Background

Misleading Advertising: Global Science Technology Ltd t/a Sensitivity Clinic breaks UK advertising rules for making misleading claims about the efficacy of bio-resonance testing to diagnose human sensitivities to food and other materials on the www.sensitivitycheck.com website.

The ASA has previously investigated ads for bio-resonance testing and assessed the evidence for such claims and ruled that the claims are unsubstantiated.

The CAP Compliance team contacted Global Science Technology Ltd but in the absence of an assurance to amend its advertising, took the decision on 9 May 2024 to place its company details on this section of the ASA website.

These details shall remain in place until such time as Global Science Technology Ltd t/a Sensitivity Clinic has appropriately amended their advertising on the www.sensitivitycheck.com website to comply with the CAP Code.
