As part of our efforts to have more impact online we've worked on an innovative project to identify trends in the use of targeting tools by alcohol brands advertising on social media.
We worked with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat and YouTube, who supplied anonymised data on the use of age- and interest-based targeting and how those tools are being put to use by companies advertising alcohol products.
