This Enforcement Notice provides guidance about ads placed by lead generation companies and licensed insolvency practitioners which ultimately advertise services for individual voluntary arrangements (IVAs) [in England, Wales, NI] or protected trust deeds (PTDs) [in Scotland]. Care must be taken not to mislead potentially vulnerable consumers when advertising these services.
