Following public consultation, CAP and BCAP are introducing guidance that will require mid-contract price rises to be more prominently stated in telecoms advertising across media.
This new Guidance, which takes effect from 15 December 2023, follows on from the consultation carried out from September 2022.
It can be read in conjunction with our Regulatory Statement, which also contains details of the consultation responses and our evaluation of them.
